Old fashioned
- 2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes bitters
- Orange peel
- Maraschino cherry
Pour the whiskey, sugar, and bitters into a mixing glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
Martini
All cocktails are fun, but there is no cooler cocktail than martini :
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- Olive or lemon twist (optional)
Pour the gin and vermouth into a mixing glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir until well combined. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive or lemon twist, if desired.
Margarita
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- Lime wedge (optional)
- Salt (optional)
Combine the tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain the mixture into a salt-rimmed glass (if using). Garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.
Classical Daiquiri
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Lime wedge (optional)

Manhattan
- 2 ounces rye whiskey
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth

Mojito
Summer cocktails are refreshing but there is no better one than mojito :
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Mint leaves
- Club soda
In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add the rum and fill the shaker with ice. Shake well and strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with additional mint leaves.
Gin Fizz
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Egg white (optional)
- Club soda
Combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir gently.
Whiskey Sour
- 2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Egg white (optional)
- Cherry and orange slice (optional)
Combine the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) in a shaker filled with ice. Shake.
